"Trim," "we," "us" refers to the Trim platform, operated by TeqBooster. "Barber" refers to a service provider listed on Trim. "Customer" refers to a user booking services. "Booking" refers to a service request made through the platform. "Listing Plan" refers to a paid barber membership that enables a Barber's public listing.
Trim is a platform that connects Customers with independent Barbers for grooming services, delivered either at the Barber's shop or at a location the Customer provides ("mobile visit"). Barbers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Trim or TeqBooster.
Barbers appear in the Trim directory only with an active Listing Plan. Two plans are offered: QAR 50 per month, billed monthly, or QAR 500 per year, billed annually. Every new plan includes a 30-day free trial; billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless the plan is cancelled before the trial ends. Trim does not charge commission on individual bookings. Barbers remain solely responsible for the accuracy of their listed services, prices, and availability.
Barbers may pause their listing at any time ("vacation mode"), which hides their profile from the directory and prevents new bookings. Pausing a listing does not suspend, extend, or refund billing: monthly plans continue to bill while paused, and annual plans are not extended by paused time. Barbers on an annual plan may pause their listing for up to one month at a time.
Barbers may cancel their Listing Plan at any time. Cancelling during the free trial means no charge is made. After the trial, listing fees already paid are non-refundable; cancellation stops future billing, and the listing remains active until the end of the current paid period. Customers and Barbers may cancel a pending or confirmed Booking prior to the appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions at Trim's discretion.
Trim does not currently process payment for grooming services. Payment for completed services is arranged directly between the Customer and the Barber. Listing Plan fees are paid to Trim and are separate from service payments. Integrated payment options for services may be introduced in the future, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
Customers who choose a mobile visit are responsible for providing an accurate address and ensuring a safe environment for the appointment. Barbers are responsible for arriving as scheduled and conducting themselves professionally. Trim is not a party to, and holds no liability for, the conduct of either party during an in-person appointment. We encourage meeting in well-lit, accessible locations and verifying details in advance.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Trim.
Trim acts solely as a platform facilitating connections between Customers and Barbers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trim and TeqBooster are not liable for any damages, injuries, or disputes arising from a booking or in-person appointment.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trim and TeqBooster from any claims arising from your use of the platform or your conduct during a booking.
Trim reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Suspension of a Barber account for Terms violations does not entitle the Barber to a refund of listing fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
