Information a Barber adds to their listing — including shop name, bio, area, phone number, specialties, experience, and photos — is displayed publicly in the Trim directory and on their profile page, and is visible to anyone who visits the site while the listing is active.
We use your information to operate bookings between Customers and Barbers, manage Barber listing memberships and billing, send account and booking-related notifications, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
We use Hostinger for website hosting and Resend for delivering account, booking, and password emails. Membership subscriptions are managed on our own platform; billing is currently handled by manual invoicing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us. If we introduce an online payment gateway in the future, this policy will be updated to name it.
Booking and account records are retained to maintain your history on the platform. Deleted records are marked as removed and are not shown to other users, in line with our internal data-handling practices.
You may request a copy of your data or request account deletion at any time by emailing info@teqbooster.net.
We use industry-standard security measures, including firewall protection, to help safeguard your data. No system is completely secure, and we encourage using a strong, unique password.
Trim uses standard WordPress session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
